We currently deliver orders across India. If you wish to place an international order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders above INR 350. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of INR 60 will be applied.

Express Shipping: Charges for express shipping will be calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the package. The applicable fee will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Express Delivery: Orders placed with express shipping are delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical delays.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (IST) or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. You can track your order using the tracking link provided or by visiting the courier partner's website.

Packaging

We ensure that all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. For sensitive or fragile items, we use additional protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will notify you. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the package.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged package and items.

If any item is missing from your order, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
